1. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
We accept the following methods of payment:

- cash on delivery - only within Slovakia
- bank transfer - payment in advance
- CardPay method  - with VISA or MAESTRO credit card

In accordance with generally binding legal regulations, we will issue an appropriate invoice for each orders.

1.2. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.2.1.    Place of delivery
Goods are delivered to the address specified in the order (place of delivery). The goods will be delivered to the Buyer via:
- in Slovakia: the Slovak Post
- in EU: the Packeta company, a selected courier (DHL, GLS, ...)
- outside EU: the Slovak Post, a selected courier company (DHL, GLS, ...).
We reserve the right to change the agreed courier at any time. The Buyer is required to take delivery of the delivered goods (unless otherwise specified below).
If the Buyer wishes to change the delivery address, he must notify the seller as soon as possible. If he has already received an e-mail notification of the order processing, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address in our e-shop, but it is necessary to contact the courier, but only after receiving an SMS or e-mail notification of delivery from Courier's company.

1.2.2.     Time of delivery

-  The delivery time is usually from three (3) to seven (7) business days and begins from the moment an automated e-mail confirming receipt of the order is sent.
- If the ordered products are in stock and the Buyer has chosen to pay in advance directly by bank transfer or by credit card, the seller will send the ordered products immediately upon receipt of payment. If the ordered products are in stock and the Buyer has chosen cash on delivery, the seller will send the ordered products to the Buyer on the next working day after order confirmation.
-  In the event that the seller will not be able to meet the delivery date for any reason (e.g. if the ordered products are not in stock, etc.), the seller shall inform the Buyer without undue delay and shall state the expected delivery date. If the seller does not secure the products even within the additional delivery period notified to the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract. The Buyer agrees to extend the delivery period of individual products in the event that it is not possible to deliver all the ordered products within the agreed period.
Buyer is informed about the dispatch of the products by telephone or via e-mail, which the Buyer stated in the order. If necessary, the seller or delivery person will inform the Buyer about the exact time of delivery of the products, whereas the Buyer and seller may agree on other than the proposed delivery time.
-  If the first attempt to deliver the Goods is not successful, the courier will contact the Buyer by phone and agree on the next steps with him. If the subsequent attempt to deliver the shipment is also unsuccessful (or if the courier is unsuccessful in contacting the Buyer repeatedly), we have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract (due to the Buyer's breach of its obligation to take delivery of the Goods). If the Buyer have used the payment by credit card, the amount paid will be refunded to hi.
- The Goods are considered delivered at the moment of their receipt by the Buyer at the place of delivery. Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer when the purchase price for the ordered Goods is fully paid; if the Buyer pays the entire purchase price for the ordered Goods before its delivery, ownership passes to it by taking the Goods over at the place of delivery.
- Delivery time during some specific periods of the year, e.g. Christmas, can also be changed depending on the delivery options of the Courier.

In the event of non-acceptance of the delivered Goods, we may require reimbursement of shipping and packaging costs.

When accepting goods from the Courier, you should check that the shipment's packaging and contents are intact. If damage to the shipment's packaging (or damage to the goods) is evident, the Buyer is not obligated to take delivery from the Courier. In this case, we advise the Buyer to make a damage report to the Courier and, if possible, photograph the damage report. Failure to do so may subject the Buyer to an evidentiary investigation and possible rejection of the claim. The Buyer must immediately report the damaged shipment or damaged goods to the Seller.

1.2.3.     Additional terms of delivery

-  Delivery may also be subjected to a special transport regulations of the delivery Courier, in which case the transport regulations will be accessible to the Buyer before confirming and sending the order.
-  The ordered products will usually be delivered to the Buyer in one shipment, but the seller is also entitled to deliver the products to the Buyer in multiple shipments within the delivery period according to the concluded contract.
-  The seller undertakes to send the Buyer the ordered products in the shortest possible time and packed in such a way to minimize the risk of damage of the delivery during transport. Upon receipt of the delivery, the Buyer is obliged to check whether the packaging is not damaged and whether the products are free of defects.
-  The seller is not responsible for damage and/or delay of the delivery of products caused by the delivery Courier (i.e. by post, courier company, etc.), incorrectly entered delivery address of the Buyer in the order or force majeure.
-  If the package is visibly damaged or if the protective tape is broken, the Buyer is obliged to file a complaint directly with the carrier. The seller is not responsible for damage caused during transport.

1.3. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs are automatically calculated during the shopping process. Their value depends on the country of delivery and the weight of the package and appears at the end of the order. The shipping costs are expressed in € incl. VAT
